Our company AIMM is founded on 20 years of wide experience in the asset maintenance industry. Founded by Mr. Javier Rolón, AIMM provides operations and maintenance services for Roads, Bridges, and Facilities for a variety of clients across the State of Florida and Texas.
AIMM is led by President and CEO, Mr. Javier Rolón, who has over 25 years of experience managing and overseeing a wide range of operations and maintenance contracts. Mr. Rolón has a proven track record of success that has consistently brought clients across the country quality service. AIMM is continually focused on building sustainability through efficiencies, innovation, organizational agility, and its people.
